Luton Private Sector Renewal Strategy

The Private Sector Renewal Strategy (PSRS) draws together information from 15 years of housing condition surveys, current legislation and the our own objectives to identify a series of priorities that will assist in making a difference to the condition of housing within Luton and the quality of life of local people.
The strategy outlines how we will work closely with our many partners, within and outside the council, to achieve a privately owned housing sector which is accessible, of high structural quality, equipped with modern amenities, energy efficient, effectively managed and sufficiently diverse to meet a wide range of housing needs and preferences.
